Offers

All valuations are free and come with no obligation. Each offer is based on the information you give us and stays valid for 7 days unless we tell you otherwise. If the vehicle differs materially from the description (for example, undisclosed damage, faults, mileage discrepancies or outstanding finance), we may revise or withdraw the offer.

Your responsibilities

You must be the registered keeper or have the owner’s authority to sell the vehicle. You must provide valid photo ID, the V5C document, and accurate information about any outstanding finance.

Payment & transfer

We pay by bank transfer before collection. Ownership passes to Cash4Motors when payment is sent. We notify DVLA of the change of keeper.

Personal items

Please remove all personal belongings, dash cams and private plates before collection. We can’t be responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
